Quite simply, impeccable customer service from the very first engagement.
Simon visited, looked at my solar installation and looked at what needed to be added to my ongoing building work to ensure I was future proof for the EVC installation. He even went so far as to provide a specification of installation requirements for my electrician to follow!
He let me know as soon as you received your GivEnergy changers and allowed me first refusal on paying a deposit.
We stayed in touch whilst my building work completed and agreed an installation date. Thee team arrived, ran the install and then when the SW glitches inevitably arrived, they stayed well past the end of the working day to get the system back up and running correctly.
It has run faultlessly since and Simon even popped back in to tidy up the cabling in the cupboard in my house to make it look neat!
